Practical co-operation reaches a new qualitative level

As you know, in the first decade of June this year, the Uzbek-Russian International Medical Forum was held in Samarkand. This prestigious event was attended by the Ministers of Health of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Russian Federation - Amrillo Inoyatov and Mikhail Murashko, representatives of the diplomatic corps, rectors and professors of leading higher medical schools, heads of prestigious medical clinics, research institutes, specialized medical centres, major pharmaceutical and medical companies of the two countries - a total of more than 500 people. The SI “RSSPMCMCH” representatives also took an active part in the Forum, held a number of meetings at its venues and established bilateral mutually beneficial ties for further practical co-operation.

First of all, the Forum focused on strengthening bilateral ties in order to develop further joint research, projects and developments, expanding cooperation between medical organizations and institutions of Uzbekistan and the Russian Federation. This is confirmed by the working visit of a group of colleagues from the Republic of Tatarstan, who continue to share their practical experience with Uzbek specialists in various regions of the Republic of Uzbekistan. In particular, on 10-11 November this year, Minnullina Farida Foatovna, Head of Gynecology Department № 2 of the Municipal Clinical Hospital №7 in Kazan, who is not only a practicing specialist in obstetrics and gynecology, but also the Head of the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at KFU, Candidate of Medical Sciences visited the Centre.

During the visit, the foreign specialist was acquainted with the scientific and practical activities of the Centre, its new structure, services provided, the state and development of medical tourism, material and technical base and modern equipment. According to the plan of the visit F. Minnulina held negotiations with the management of the Centre, took part in consultative work with patients, morning rounds of gynecological patients, inquired about the anamnesis of each patient and gave her recommendations on the basis of national protocols. Also, a discussion with clinical residents was organised, during which valuable advice and guidance was given based on practical experience and many years of experience. In addition, a master class was held for Uzbek specialists with participation in a surgical operation. The patient - Sapaeva N.S., 48 years old with the diagnosis: "Multinodular myoma according to FIGO 2,3,4,6 type. Symptom of pain and bleeding" with the participation of the head of the department of gynecology and a clinical resident.
