The Department of Personnel Training and Continuous Professional Development of Doctors was organized in December 9, 2020.

 

Department’s Purpose:

  • To increase the doctors professional knowledge and competencies, along with basic educational programs, to improve practical skills and abilities, to prepare perform labor functions in accordance with professional standards.

Department’s Main tasks:

  • meeting the healthcare workers needs in obtaining new knowledge about the achievements of domestic and foreign medical science and technology, foreign best practices;
  • conducting doctors thematic advanced training courses and additional specialization in accordance with educational programs approved by the Ministry of Health in accordance with the established procedure using the achievements of modern medical science and high medical technologies in the educational process;
  • preparation for clinical residency programs.

Training is carried out:

  • on the basis of the State Institution RSSPMCMandCH (Tashkent, Mirzo-Ulugbek district, Mirzo -Ulugbek street , 132a)
  • in the format of on-site courses in agreement with the administration of the medical institution ordering the course.

Based on the results of the training, participants are issued a certificate approved by the Ministry of Health.

Training is carried out on a paid basis, without the provision of a hostel.

 

 


Form of payment:

  • cash: made by the student at the place of study
  • non-cash : made in accordance with the approved calculation and issued invoice agreement.

 

To enroll in thematic advanced training and specialization courses, you must provide the following documents:

  • personal application addressed to the director of the State Institution RSSPMCMandCH (for courses based on the State Institution RSSPMCMandCH)
  • copy of passport
  • a copy of the diploma of completion of a higher medical educational institution (bachelor's degree)
  • copies of completion of primary specialization (internship, clinical residency, master's degree)
  • a copy of the work book certified by the human resources department of the medical institution;
  • travel certificate (for visiting participants) ;
  • an extract from the order from the place of work or the regional health department about referral for advanced training or specialization;
  • when changing your surname - marriage certificate or other supporting documents;
  • a copy of the qualification category for the specialty.

 

As part of the department for personnel training and continuous professional development of doctors, there is an educational simulation and training center (STTC), designed to conduct practical training in thematic advanced training courses, specialization courses and clinical residency.

Objectives of the STTC:

  • Improving the quality of practical training of doctors, residents and nursing staff using modern technologies
  • Improving training, mentoring and succession

 

STTC structure:

  • simulation class for practicing practical skills in obstetrics and gynecology, including skills in operative and diagnostic endosurgery
  • simulation class for practicing practical skills in neonatology
  • simulation class and debriefing area for practicing practical skills in anesthesiology and resuscitation
