Today, Uzbekistan's international cooperation with neighboring and non-CIS countries is developing rapidly in various directions on the basis of the principles of openness, mutual trust, support and respect for each other's interests. In this context, the State Institution "RSSPMCMandCH" pays special attention to bilateral mutually beneficial relations with relevant organizations and institutions of neighboring republics, and gives them a separate place of honor. The signed memorandums of cooperation between the Centre and a number of Central Asian republics, as well as the practical measures implemented on the basis of these international documents are a vivid confirmation of this.

For example, during the period from 12.01.2024 to 14.01.2024, the specialists of the Center, N. A. Umarova, the head of the ultrasound diagnostics department; F. K. Miraliev, the head of the endovisual laparoscopic gynecology department and U. Sh. Isamova, by the invitation of the Republic of Tajikistan, made work in the adjacent territories of Sughd province in order to inform the population about the services provided by the State Institution "RSSPMCMandCH", as well as studied the activities of the treatment and diagnostic center "Afzal" functioning in the city of Khujand, exchanged experience and developed a plan of cooperation in the field of medicine.
